We will hike to Mugu peak to enjoy the sunset and have our snacks and dinner.  The views of the ocean are incredible and to the east the valley spreads out to the base of La Jolla peak in the distance.  After the sun sinks into the ocean, we will head down a shorter but steep route back to the parking lot.  Hiking poles are highly recommended for this section as there will be a lot of loose rock on the descent.
