If you’re brand new to yoga, you’ve come to the right place. We love beginners and have a host of different options to choose from. Our New to Yoga page will guide you through what to expect, studio etiquette, and the best beginner-friendly classes to build confidence and comfort. We even have a sample 12 week schedule to give you ideas for building your practice routine.

Flow with Us

At our heart, we are a Vinyasa Flow Yoga Studio. These classes are taught with music, creative sequencing, and a focus on building heat from within. First Timer Tips:

  • Create an account and purchase your New Student membership.
  • Select and book a class.
  • Wear comfortable practice clothing that won’t hamper your range of motion.  Yoga pants and a sports bra, sweat pants, shorts, etc. 
  • Show up 10 minutes prior to class to check in and get settled.
  • Take your shoes off before entering the practice room, there are cubbies in each practice room for your things.
  • Turn your cell phone off or to silent.
  • Let the teacher know of any special requirements or injuries prior to class.
  • Roll out your mat, relax and enjoy your practice!

Note: If you do not have a yoga mat or forget to bring one, we have loaner mats available at each studio.
