Vinyasa Flow is the heart of Red Diamond Yoga—dynamic, creative, and endlessly adaptable. This breath-to-movement practice blends the discipline of Ashtanga with the intelligent use of props and modifications inspired by Iyengar. Each class is set to music and designed to build strength, flexibility, and focus while helping you find your own rhythm and flow.

From energizing power sequences to grounding restorative moments, no two classes are ever the same. Whether you’re here to sweat, stretch, or simply reconnect with yourself, Vinyasa Flow offers the perfect balance of movement, breath, and mindfulness.

Yoga Basics 


Curious about yoga, but not sure where to start? Or maybe it’s been a while and you’re ready to reconnect with your practice? Yoga Basics is the perfect place to begin!

In this supportive, beginner-friendly class, we’ll move through a gentle Vinyasa flow at an easy pace, giving you plenty of time to learn the fundamentals step by step. Our teachers will guide you in exploring proper alignment, breath, and movement—always tailored to your body.

You’ll build strength, flexibility, and confidence while discovering how yoga can help you feel grounded, energized, and balanced. Think of it as your personal foundation for a lifetime of yoga.

Come as you are, no experience (or flexibility!) required. Just bring yourself, breathe, and let’s start this journey together. 

All Levels Flow 

This mixed levels Vinyasa class will offer something for everyone. Postures are taught to a basics-intermediate level with additional cues for more advanced yogis to enter the higher expression of the sequence.

You will enjoy building strength, flexibility, and balance in these invigorating classes regardless of your level or experience.

You are encouraged to walk the line between effort and ease, it’s not a one-size-fits-all practice, feel free to modify!

All Levels Vinyasa Flow

Intermediate Flow
Take your practice to the next level! Intermediate Flow builds on the foundations of Yoga Basics with more dynamic sequences, new postures, and deeper alignment. Each class is an adventure, you’ll challenge your strength, expand your flexibility, and surprise yourself with what your body can do.

Expect to sweat, learn, and grow while finding that inner focus that keeps you grounded on and off the mat. Some prior yoga experience is recommended.

Vinyasa Flow Strong Flow Classes

Strong Flow 

If you’re a strong intermediate or advanced yogi craving a challenging sequence, Strong Flow will get you moving!

This class is designed to build heat, energize and strengthen the body.

Sequences include balancing postures, arm balances, back bends, inversions, and breath work to round out this deeply invigorating practice.

If you are ready to learn and practice more advanced postures then this class is for you! Yoga experience is required.

Power Yoga


Get ready to sweat! Power Yoga is an energizing flow designed to build heat, detoxify the body, and fire up your inner strength. Expect dynamic sequences with twists, balancing poses, core work, and deep breathwork to leave you buzzing with energy.

This class is fast-paced, fun, and deeply invigorating. Some yoga experience recommended.

Yogalates 


The best of both worlds—Yoga meets Pilates in this strength-building flow designed to tone your body from the inside out. You’ll move through dynamic yoga sequences while integrating Pilates-inspired core and hip work for maximum stability and strength.Expect a strong, sweaty class that leaves you feeling lean, lifted, and deeply connected to your center.

Yoga Sculpt

Boost your metabolism and push your strength and flexibility to new heights with this high energy class designed to tone and sculpt every major muscle group.

Using free weights throughout a Vinyasa yoga sequence, creates resistance and intensifies the results achieved with each pose. Strength-training exercises such as squats, lunges, bicep and tricep curls are incorporated to build lean muscle mass. You will see visible results quickly from this total body workout..

This is an intermediate level class and yoga experience is highly recommended.

Vinyasa Flow Classes like sculpt

Yogalates

Focusing on core strength, this class combines the benefits of mat Pilates with a strength building flow practice.  You’ll work your entire body with an intense focus on toning and strengthening your core and hips.
