Yin and Restorative Classes
Yin Yoga
Settle into stillness and let gravity do the work. In Yin Yoga, you’ll hold gentle postures for longer periods of time, using props to fully support the body. This practice targets the deep connective tissues—tendons, ligaments, fascia—while releasing tension in the hips, back, and shoulders.
As you sink into the poses, your nervous system shifts into rest-and-digest mode, calming the mind and supporting emotional balance. Yin not only improves flexibility and mobility but is also deeply therapeutic, making it especially beneficial for those recovering from stress, injury, or trauma.
Dynamic Deep Stretch & Restorative Classes
The ultimate antidote to tight muscles. This slow yet powerful class is designed to unlock chronically tight areas—hips, hamstrings, quads, back, and shoulders, while improving alignment and creating space in the body.
Dynamic Deep Stretch is accessible for everyone: athletes, desk workers, weekend warriors, and first-time yogis alike. By easing muscle tension, you’ll restore balance, reduce risk of injury, and feel lighter and freer in your body. Expect to walk away looser, calmer, and more energized.
Yin with Sound Bath
A truly blissful experience. This 75-minute class pairs the deep, meditative stillness of Yin Yoga with the soothing vibrations of gongs, crystal bowls, and ocean drums. As you hold supported postures close to the ground, sound waves ripple through your body, releasing tension and entraining your brainwaves into a deeply relaxed state.
Together, the practices melt away stress, anxiety, and burnout—leaving you calm, refreshed, and ready for restful sleep. It’s meditation, movement, and sound healing all in one profoundly restorative experience.
Sleep Mode
Unplug, unwind, and prepare for your best rest. Our signature Sleep Mode class blends restorative deep stretch with the powerful guided meditation of Yoga Nidra—the “yogic sleep.”
The journey begins with 40 minutes of gentle, supported stretching designed to release tension, improve mobility, and ease your body into deep relaxation. As your muscles soften, your parasympathetic nervous system activates, signaling the body that it’s safe to rest and recover.
Next, you’ll settle in with blankets and bolsters for a 30-minute Yoga Nidra–inspired meditation. In this restful state—hovering between sleep and wakefulness—your brain shifts into the same waves produced during deep sleep, helping to reduce stress, lower anxiety, and improve overall sleep quality.You’ll leave class feeling calm, balanced, and ready to drift into a peaceful night’s rest. Perfect on its own, or when paired with Sound Bath or Breathwork, Sleep Mode is your ultimate reset.
