Somatic Breathwork

Using a dynamic three-part somatic breathing technique, you’ll be guided on an inner journey through emotion and self-awareness—releasing tension, clearing mental blocks, and reconnecting with your natural energy. Sound Bath
Step into a world of soothing sound where gongs, crystal singing bowls, ocean drums, and other instruments wash over you in waves of pure vibration. This unique meditative experience gently guides you into a state of deep relaxation—melting away stress, quieting your mind, and restoring your body.

As the sound waves ripple through every cell, your brainwaves naturally shift into calmer, slower rhythms, similar to those found in deep meditation and restorative sleep. This entrainment helps release tension, reduce anxiety, and support emotional balance while opening space for inspiration and clarity.
No movement or experience is required, just lie back, get comfortable, and let the sound carry you. You’ll emerge refreshed, centered, and deeply at peace, with a renewed sense of wellbeing.
Acupuncture with Guided Meditation
Discover the calming power of ear acupuncture combined with deeply restorative meditation. Using the NADA Protocol, tiny acupuncture needles are placed in specific points on the ears—activating meridian lines shown to reduce stress, anxiety, and support overall balance.
As you lie comfortably with blankets and bolsters, you’ll begin a gentle breathing practice that lowers blood pressure, quiets the mind, and releases tension from the body. From there, a guided meditation will lead you through techniques designed to melt stress, promote inner stillness, and deepen your state of relaxation.

Deep Stretch + Rest
Unplug, unwind, and prepare for your best rest. Our signature Deep Stretch + Rest class blends restorative deep stretch with the powerful guided meditation of Yoga Nidra—the “yogic sleep.”
The journey begins with gentle, supported stretching designed to release tension, improve mobility, and ease your body into deep relaxation. As your muscles soften, your parasympathetic nervous system activates, signaling the body that it’s safe to rest and recover.
Next, you’ll settle in with blankets and bolsters for a Yoga Nidra–inspired meditation. In this restful state—hovering between sleep and wakefulness—your brain shifts into the same waves produced during deep sleep, helping to reduce stress, lower anxiety, and improve overall sleep quality.

Power Nap
Hit pause on your day and recharge in just 30 minutes. Power Nap is a mid-afternoon Yoga Nidra practice—the “yogic sleep”—designed to melt away stress, restore mental clarity, and leave you feeling refreshed.
You’ll start by settling in with blankets and a bolster, then ease into a calming breath practice to quiet the mind and relax the body. From there, a guided meditation carries you to that sweet spot between wakefulness and deep sleep, where your brain produces the same restorative waves as in true rest.
This practice is scientifically shown to reduce anxiety, boost creativity, and sharpen focus—making it the perfect reset to carry you through the rest of your day with calm energy and a clear mind.
