This restorative yoga class is designed to release tension and calm the nervous system. With the gentle support of props, students passively stretch and energize the deep connective tissues of the body, open the joints, and restore alignment. Practiced primarily on the floor, Yin Yoga complements a more active (Yang) practice through improving flexibility, ease, and balance.
