At our studios you will find a variety of yoga classes and styles to nourish your practice with a friendly community you can call your own.

We strive to bring you meaningful workshops to explore a variety of wellness and healing modalities.

Our events and adventures are carefully curated to inspire you to explore new things with fun, and like minded people.

We look forward to seeing you on your mat!

Opening Hours

We are open 7 days a week. Hours vary for each location. Please check our schedule for more details.

Palms Location:

Sunday – Friday : 09:00 – 1:30 and 4.30 – 8.30
Saturday : 09:00 – 1:30

Washington Location:

Sunday-Friday: 7am-10pm

Saturday: 7am-6pm
